Are homosexuals not human?

I just finished watching a video which I won't share here because it's too visceral and, frankly, disgusting. It concerns the murder of five homosexuals in Iran, which has a very strict shari'a court system and where homosexuality is punishable by execution. These executions are carried out in a very public way. Apparently they're televised and easily show up online and even on youtube.

I don't want to rant excessively, but I question the fact that whenever Israelis attack Palestinians (usually as a response to missiles coming from Hamas, which is the terrorist group that the Gaza people voted for in their democratic elections) there is a HUGE outcry worldwide and people are concerned about the HUMANITARIAN situation in Gaza ... but we've been seeing now FOR MANY YEARS, not just one video but NUMEROUS videos of public executions of gay Persian men in Iran by the Muslim establishment there and there has been apparently absolutely no action on the part of any government against them, and no outcry.

The Iranian government is carrying out genocide of its gay population and there have been no international political or religious leaders speaking up against this, no diplomats have spoken up, and there are no efficient movements to save Iranian gays. Few people care. Basically, they're fucked.

I feel that the first thing that needs to happen is people need to begin to consider the genocide of gays in Iran a HUMANITARIAN CRISIS. If it was any other group of people, it would be seen as what it is.
